Working together is a collaborative and thoughtfully guided process, designed to feel seamless, inspiring, and fully tailored to your celebration.
How it Works
The most artful floral design happens when trust meets collaboration. If you love my style, I’ll create something beautiful with your vision at the heart of it.
1. Inquire
Submit an inquiry with your date, venue, and overall vision. To create the strongest floral plan for your budget, it’s helpful to have a rough floral budget in mind, along with your guest count, table count, and the floral elements that matter most to you. From there, I’ll be in touch to confirm availability and gather any additional details needed.
2. Custom Proposal
You’ll receive a curated floral proposal tailored to your aesthetic, colour palette, and priorities.
3. Consultation Call
We’ll chat in more detail about the floral elements you’re envisioning, as well as the overall atmosphere and feeling you want your wedding to have. One of my favourite questions to ask is: “Describe your dream wedding in three words.” I want to get to know you just as much as the flowers you love.
4. Secure Your Date
To officially move forward, a signed contract and retainer are required. Dates are not held without a completed booking.
5. Design & Refinement
Once booked, we move into the design phase, where we refine and elevate every detail. This is where mockups, adjustments, and deeper creative collaboration take place.
6. Two-Month Check-In
About two months before the wedding, we’ll reconnect to finalize all details regarding timing, logistics, and any design updates. To allow for the most thoughtful preparation and intentional design process, all changes must be finalized no later than 30 days before the wedding.
7. Wedding Day
The big day! Your florals are brought to life with care and intention, thoughtfully installed on-site, and designed to feel immersive, cohesive, and unforgettable.
